Your first box shall be shipped within 2 days of receiving your subscription order. All subsequent months are shipped between the 4th and the 7th of the month. UK deliveries typically take 2-3 days, EU typically 4-6 days and USA and the rest of the world typically 7-10 days. Delivery may take longer in busy periods.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime. To cancel, please email hello@alphs.co with your name and request to cancel. Your request needs to be received atleast 48 hours before your next payment is due otherwise your membership shall continue into the next month and no refund shall be given.
If you wish to cancel before receiving your first subscription your request should be received within 14 days of subscribing to the service and atleast 24 hours before the end of that calender month.
First of all we recommend you wash your socks between 30 °C and 40 °C. You should turn your socks inside out whilst washing. Avoid ironing your socks and avoid bleaching.
We advise they are kept out of the tumble dryer. Whilst we pride ourselves on the finest combed cotton quirky socks, we know the tumble dryer accelerates the rate of wear and tear.
