When Will My Socks Be Delivered?

Your first box shall be shipped on the 4th of the month after you have paid. All subscriptions are sent at the same time. UK deliveries typically take 2-3 days, EU typically 4-6 days and USA and the rest of the world typically 7-10 days.

When Will I Be Charged?

Your initial subscription charge shall be processed at the point of purchase. Following charges for later months shall be on the same date each month. 

Can I choose The Designs?

No. Think of it like a lucky dip for socks except you win every time. We're good at making popular patterns so you're in good hands.

What Size Should I Choose?

Bryt socks come in 2 sizes. Size 36-40 is our small size and size 41-46 is our large size. We suggest if you are borderline to go for the larger size. You can see our size chart here.

Can I Cancel My Membership?

Yes, you can cancel anytime*. To Cancel, please email support@bryt.com with your name and request to cancel. Your request needs to be received more than 24 hours before your payment is due otherwise your membership shall continue into the next month. * If you have a checked out using a special offer/coupon see special offer section below.

Can I Change My Delivery Address Part Way Through My Subscription?

Yes, to change, please email support@bryt.com with your name and new delivery address. We ask you inform us of any address changes at-least 24 hours before the last working day of the calendar month.

Im Buying a Bryt Sock Membership as a Gift, Can I Make It Special?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your first subscription box at the checkout. Your upgrade will transform the first subscription box into a 3-pack Gift Box Set including 3 pairs of awesome Bryt socks and gift box. If you want to hand deliver the first subscription box you can change the address of subsequent deliveries.

Can I Subscribe to More Than 1 Pair a Month?

Yes. At Checkout you will be given the option to upgrade to 2 pairs a month.

Are there restrictions with Special Offers?

Yes, if you have capitalised on a special offer, for example, a month free, you must stay part of our growing community for a total of 3 months. We're sure after you receive your awesome first pair, you'll be hooked!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

You receive free shipping on orders over £20 in the UK and international (non UK) orders over £50. If your order is a lower value a shipping charge will apply of £4 in the UK and £5 for international orders.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

You should expect a delivery time between 3-6 days in Europe and 7-10 days outside this area. Destinations outside this area may take additional time to be delivered.

How Can I Pay?

We accept payment via credit and debit cards, American Express and Paypal.

How Can I Return Products?

You can return the products you have bought from www.bryt.com for a refund within 45 days of receiving them.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

We try our best to despatch orders as soon as they are received. Therefore it is unlikely we can change delivery address once your order is placed. If you would like to contact us we shall do our best to assist.

What Size Should I Choose?

How Should I Care For My Socks?

First of all we recommend you wash your socks between 30 °C and 40 °C. You should turn your socks inside out whilst washing. Avoid ironing your socks and avoid bleaching.

We advise they are kept out of the tumble dryer. Whilst we pride ourselves on the finest combed cotton quirky socks, we know the tumble dryer accelerates the rate of wear and tear.
